By downloading or using the Zpend app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them before using the App.
Zpend is a personal expense tracking app for iOS. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
All content, design, code, and branding within Zpend — including the name, logo, and interface — are owned by Zpend and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
Zpend is a personal tracking tool only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zpend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or financial decisions made using the App.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms — continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Zpend is distributed through the Apple App Store. These Terms are entered into between you and Zpend only — Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide any maintenance, support, warranty, or other liability in connection with the App.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's App Store terms, Apple's terms control with respect to your use of the App Store. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms as a third-party beneficiary.
If no custom end-user license agreement is otherwise presented to you, your use of the App is subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
